Password Self Service

Password Self Service allows you to reset NetID your password without having to call the HelpDesk.

On the Office 365 email login page where your password is to be entered, click on the link Setup for password self service and follow the on screen instruction to add your mobile phone number and/or alternative email address as the second factor authentication method(s).

In case the password needs to be reset, click on the link Password Self-Service on the same page.

After you verify your identity using the phone or email address, you will be able to reset the password without being asked for the original password.
