Ilios: Curriculum Management System

Ilios is an open-source curriculum management and reporting system.

  • Uses a calendar-based approach to list session data.
  • Sessions can be used to make key information and associated attachments widely available to users.
  • Each user can see a customized view, displaying only their assigned sessions.
  • Learning objectives and educational standards can be imported, mapped to sessions and used to report on strengths and weaknesses across the healthcare curriculum.
  • Data reports can be exported for use during accreditation reviews.

Downstate's Ilios system can be accessed at:

Accounts and key information for medical students and faculty to access the system is provided by the College of Medicine through the Office of Academic Affairs.
