Ilios Calendar Error

Some medical students may occasionally see an error message in the "My Integrated Pathways" panel of their Prime home page when accessing Foundations 1 or 2.

If this should happen, take the following steps:

  1. Log out of your Prime account.
  2. Switch your browser to Private/Incognito browsing mode
  3. Log back into your Prime account.

Did this resolve the problem?

If it did NOT resolve the problem, please contact the Help Desk at x4357.

If it DID resolve the problem, then we recommend resetting your browser.

Resetting your browser

Safari
macOS
  • Click on History in the menu bar
  • Select Clear History...
  • Set the dropdown to all history and click the Clear History button.
Google Chrome
macOS
  • Go to Preferences
  • Select the Settings tab and click + Show advanced settings
  • Click on the Clear browsing data button
  • Set the dropdown menu for "Obliterate the following items from:" to the beginning of time
  • Select all check boxes and click the the Clear browsing data button
Windows
  • Click on the Settings icon in the top-right of to Preferences
  • Select More tools > Clear browsing data from the menu
  • Set the dropdown menu for "Obliterate the following items from:" to the beginning of time
  • Select all check boxes and click the the Clear browsing data button
Firefox
macOS
  • Under the Help in the menu bar choose Troubleshooting Information.
  • In the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page click the Reset Firefox button.
  • To continue, click Reset Firefox in the confirmation window that opens.
Windows
  • In the location bar, type the following text:
    • about:support
  • In the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page click the Reset Firefox button.
  • To continue, click Reset Firefox in the confirmation window that opens.

  • Click on the Tools icon at the top-right of the browser window
  • Select Internet options from the dropdown menu
  • In the dialog box that opens, select the Advanced tab
  • Click the Reset button
