Read This First
Staffing is limited and exams/training events for other users may also be happening at the same or similar time. Certain restrictions have been implemented to ensure that our limited staffing levels can address issues that may arise during the start of your exam. Please read the key support points below before making your request!
- No more than two events may be scheduled with the same date/start time.
- Earliest staff availability (to open room, start computers, etc) is 8:30 am.
- Different events must start at least 30 minutes apart to allow for addressing issues.
- No bookings on major holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc).
Scheduled Exam/Activities Support Hours
Monday to Friday:
- 8:30 am: room opened, accessible for entry by attendees.
- 9:00 am – 6:00 pm: Test / Activity Hours
Weekends (dependent upon staff availability)
- Saturdays only: no support available on Sundays
- Alternating weekends only: no two consecutive Saturdays.
- No bookings on major holiday weekends such as Memorial Day and Labor Day.
- 8:30 am: room opened, accessible for entry by attendees.
- 9:00 am – 6:00 pm: Test / Activity Hours
