What happens during the Office 2016 upgrade process?

All old versions of Office will be removed, including Office 2010, Office 2013 and old Office 2016 packages. The latest version of Office 2016 applications will be installed, including Word. Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.

Where did my Microsoft Project or Visio go after the upgrade?

Office 2016 upgrade will remove Microsoft Project and Visio, except version 2010. If you need a re-install, please contact the Help Desk (x4357).

Will I lose my personal preferences, such as Outlook signature and personal dictionary?
