Problem attaching a file to an email


When user clicks on “Attach File”, the drop down menu shows up and disappears in a second.

Solution (Windows Client):

  1. Close Outlook
  2. Go to Start > Control Panel > Credential Manager (if you don't see this icon, then make sure your choose the option “View by: small icons”)
  3. Remove all items under Generic Credentials
