How do I change the MFA verification method?
Sign in to Office 365 using your password and verification with current second factor if necessary.
Choose
Settings > Office 365
.
Choose
Security & Privacy > Additional security verification
.
Choose “Update your phone numbers used for account security”.
This will display the following page:
Choose your preferred method.
If you choose to use MS Authenticator app, you need to set up the app.
