How do I change the MFA verification method?

  1. Sign in to Office 365 using your password and verification with current second factor if necessary.
  2. Choose Settings > Office 365.
  3. Choose Security & Privacy > Additional security verification.

  4. Choose “Update your phone numbers used for account security”.

  5. This will display the following page:

  6. Choose your preferred method.  

If you choose to use MS Authenticator app, you need to set up the app.
